waking up in chicago...

waddup? i have no IDEA why i have awaken so early. maybe i am not yet used to the hour time difference? it's 8:30 here, 9:30 in norwalk. whatever. so yesterday was a long day. allow me to elaborate. woke up, got in the shower. finished packing. dad took me to the airport a little early. i don't know what the hell it is, but like EVERY TIME i go to the airport, i get searched like i'm a terrorist. flying after 9/11 just sucks. owell. get on the plane, and the flight was pretty short. arrived in chicago, john michael and tag picked me up. after that we pretty much just sat around until dinner. john cooked steak. it was good. ofcourse i had to have A1. haha. after that we sat around for a bit more, and then john oanh and i went to the 'naperville' improv. it was pretty fun. sort of a 'poor man's' second city. i don't know what i like better: improv, or just plain stand-up comedy. they are both great in their own ways. although i think improv can sort of get kind of cheesy at times. maybe that's just me. afterwards we stayed around for a drink. i mocked stupid trendy people going into bars. i enjoy mocking trendy people. and then we went home. everybody went to bed. i stayed up and watched tv for a little bit, and eventually went to bed. got a decent night's sleep.... and here i am. why in the hell did i get up so early for?
