knocked up.

so yesterday was a prrrretty fun day for angela/jeffrey. after school got out, i came home and ate lunch. angela went out to eat with her cousins, and when she got back... we went to soak city. we got there, and it was pretty fun. we did both lazy rivers, the wave pool, and two slides. it was actually pretty cold, because of the wind. so we decided to go home after like an hour and a half. why rush ourselves? we have all summer. so we got home, went to blockbuster and giant eagle, then angela cooked us dinner. we ate veal parmesian. it was pretty good. angela is a great cook. all i can make is chicken and peppers, cookies, and puppy chow. after that we hung out for a bit, and then angelas brother noah came over to check out all my video games for the first time. i think he was pretty impressed. hopefully he'll come over more often and play video games with me... the kid is pretty cool... and knows his nintendo. after that, we got to go to the norwalk theatre and see a preview of 'knocked up.' **spoilers** yeah, that's right...i got to see another movie before it came out. wow it's nice having a girlfriend who's brother works at the movie theatre. anyways, it was freaking hilarious. judd apatow is definatly one of my fav directors now. the man knows how to make a really good comedy. if you liked the 40 year old virgin, you'll like knocked up. same type of humor, and most of the same actors even. judd is one of those directors who makes friends with his actors, and reuses them in all his movies. i like that. kevin smith does that. anyways, seth rogan is hilarious. i wanna know how much of the script was actually improvised, because from the 40 year old virgin, we have come to know that he is actually that funny. oh, and paul rudd. i love paul rudd. he is so hilarious in this movie. there is this one scene were seth and paul are getting drunk, waxing on and on about back to the future that is just the funniest thing i've ever seen. i don't think i've seen a funny movie like this since the 40yearoldvirgin. so great. before the 40yearoldvirgin, judd apatow made some of my favorite television shows: freaks and geeks, and undeclared. and most of those actors come back in this movie. even like 4 of the actors from 'the office' made cameos. great stuff. everyone in the movie is hilarious. even the child actors in the flick are funny. in one seen one of the children says "today i googled murder." i laughed for like 5 minutes. anyways, go see it....you'll love it. people are going to love it. i forsee seth rogan becoming another comedy great next to steve carrell, will ferrell, and jack black. love it. go see knocked up. so since the movie didn't start until 11:45 pm....we didn't get home till alittle before 2am. and i got up at 7am to go work out for an hour!!! yes people, i'm dedicated. i've been getting up at like 6:45am every morning to work out before summer class. and i'll continue to do this all summer. feels good.
