what i do for nintendo

so i had quite a day yesterday. went to pizza post for lunch. went to scope out walmart afterwards around 3, to see if there was a line yet for the nintendo system. and sure enough, there was. there were like 6 people alread in line, and i found out that they were getting 20 systems in. so i went back home....got two lawn chairs, and bag full of comics, and went right back to walmart to sit and wait until midnight. i got there around 4 pm, and i was the 10th person in line. signed my name in, and went off to the lawn and garden section where they had a little section roped off for the nerds to wait. it was quite the site. sort of like a little nerd petting zoo. ang got off early, and got there alittle before 6. she was the 11th person in line. shortly after she got there, the rest of the 20 people filled up pretty quit. then they started turning people away...and it was just a matter of time until we got our hands on the wii. so we sat there for 8 hours. 8 hours. this is what i do for nintendo. i felt like tom hanks in 'the terminal.' we were only allowed to get up to go the restroom, or do get food. they would come back every hour to check if everyone was still there, cuz if we werent....no nintendo. so we sat. and i read. and we sat some more. we got up and got subway. i wanted to try something new besides a pizza sub, meatball sub, or a chicken parmesian sub. so i got an italian bmt. it would of been good if the dumb person wouldnt of loaded it with italian dressing. so i ate half of it. we sat some more. sat some more. i read alot of comics. it was incredibly boring. sitting in a lawn chair for 8 hours surprisingly takes alot out of you. ang's brother noah was going to come wait with us for one, but he wanted to watch the whole ohio state game, so he didnt make it in time. he ended up going to best buy in sandusky, and camping out until the store opens at 8 am. i bet that was fun for him. so after midnight we finally got them, and got out around 12:30. the things i do for nintendo. we went back to angela's house and played her wii. WONDERFUL. and as for today? gonna go to the mall and pick up my LEGEND OF ZELDA: TWILIGHT PRINCESS, that i've had reserved for over two years. two years people. that's a loooooong ass time to wait for a game. then i have to come back here and cram. cram. cram. because i have an art history test tomorrow. the wii and zelda will be sitting here saying "JEFFREY. PLAYYYY US. PLAAAAAY US." but i HAVE TO study. they will just have to wait. *sigh* i guess. the things i do for video games. atleast we didnt get shot. a dude got shot waiting for the ps3 friday night. don't believe me? watch this video....
