we would of went to see it around here, but it wasn't playing anymore. anyways, it was such a good movie. i love jet li. didn't matter that the whole flick was in subtitles. sometimes, that makes for a more engrossing moviegoing experience. your basic karatecop action plot... boy wants to become warrior... learns to fight... something tragic happens... loses himself... finds self through enlightenment... becomes better than he ever was, and kicks some ass. great fight scenes. even some moving emotional scenes as well. it's sad that this is apparently jet li's last action film...he wants to go into some 'serious' acting. but you know, after watching unleashed, and this flick... i'm starting to think he just might be able to pull it off. i'm rooting for him. after the movie, we went to the quiznos next door. i had a misquite chicken (as always) and angela had a chicken carbonera, or something. it was good. then we drove home. went to my house. angela met ma. we pretty much just hung out, watched this week's 'the office.' which not to go off in a tangent...but it was HEEEEELARIOUS. 
dwight trys to initiate ryan the former temp by taking him to his beet farm, and testing him. so funny. and jim and pam have a long phone conversation? could the spark be back?? but *sigh* nothing comes of it. this office junkie can only hope. ANYWAYS.... we decided to watch 'secretary' (angela's favorite movie) ....after me trying to hook up my ps2 for like 15 minutes in my room, we find out that my burnt copy won't play in the ps2. crap. so we go over to angela's to get her purchased copy. went to taco bell to get a couple of soft tacos for angela. came home, i ate a piece of pumpkin roll while angela ate her tacos. so then we hung out for the rest of the night...watched secretary...even though she fell alseep through half of it. took her home late. didnt get to bed until quarter to four. time just flies by when i'm with her. it's the best.most of today is gonna SUCK. in a few minutes i have to leave for the dentist. after that...it's time for allergy testing. ugh. and then if i have any strength left, i'm going to fremont for my precious comics. then i'll get to tap the day off by seeing angela tonight when she gets off work.
